The Process

  • 1. Book a Consultation Call

    With a free 15 minute phone consultation, we can go over reasons for seeking therapy, any questions you have and your hopes for therapy to see if it feels like a good fit working together. No commitment necessary.

  • 2. Schedule Initial Intake

    If we decide to work together, we will schedule an initial intake appointment. At this appointment, information is gathered about your background, symptoms and goals for therapy.

  • 3. Ongoing Individual Appointments

    Virtual appointments are held using a secure Telehealth platform. We will collaborate on the frequency and duration of appointments. Counseling is tailored to meet your needs and goals.
